By accessing or using SwipeHire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use SwipeHire.

3. Candidate Terms

Candidates may use SwipeHire free of charge. By uploading your resume, you grant SwipeHire the right to parse, store, and display your profile to potential employers. You retain ownership of all content you upload.

4. Employer Terms

Employers agree to pay applicable fees for job postings and subscription plans. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Employers agree not to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: post false or misleading information, spam or harass other users, scrape or extract data from the platform, circumvent the swipe mechanism, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

SwipeHire's platform, design, algorithms, and branding are proprietary. Users retain ownership of their content but grant SwipeHire a license to use it for platform operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

SwipeHire is a platform connecting candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
